🏌️‍♂️⛳ Altaona Golf Society Weekly Tuesday Stableford ⛳🏌️‍♀️

The Altaona Golf Society returned to action for this week’s Tuesday Stableford, with prizes presented by Captain Rob Wilson. Following the recent maintenance period, the course was in great shape—although the sunshine was working harder than some of the golfers! 🌅😅

In🏆 Results:
🥇 Muriel O’Flynn – 43 pts (Overall Winner)
🥈 Peter Lucas – 40 pts
🥉 Nicky Hunter – 38 pts
🏅 Ken Smith – 37 pts

And a special well done to Lynn Anderson, who also claimed today’s Nearest the Pin prize. Clearly Lynn had found the sat-nav setting for the hole! 👏🏌️‍♀️

Fantastic scoring all round, proving that while the temperature was high, some handicaps were definitely coming down! 😄

Well done to all our winners and everyone who took part.

A great day on and off the course, with good golf, good company, and only a few balls reported missing in action! ⛳🍻

We are delighted to announce the next exciting improvement at Altaona Golf & Country Village! ⛳✨

Works will begin in June on our brand-new, fully equipped gym and wellness centre, adding even more lifestyle and fitness facilities for residents, members, and visitors to enjoy.

We’re also thrilled to welcome Stu Diamond of Diamond Health & Fitness, who will be expanding his business and operating from the new Altaona Wellness Centre. Stu will continue offering his expertise to existing and new clients, including:

🏋️ Sports massage
🏌️ TPI golf instruction
💪 Personal fitness training

Joining the wellness centre will also be Saskia Vervisch of Glow Beauty, bringing her full range of beauty and wellness services to Altaona.

🗓️ Proposed opening date: 1st August

The gym will offer memberships for both residents and non-residents, with weekly and daily passes also available. Full pricing and membership details will be announced soon.

In addition, outdoor Pilates classes will also be available through Diamond Sports & Massage Instruction. 🧘‍♀️☀️
