22,000m of ups and downs so far this month and still time for a few thousand more.

What an amazing time we have had on our summer tour of Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
Huge respect to the trail building community for making these places so fun, challenging and exciting to ride. Too many great trails to mention but highlights for me would be Laggan, Ballater, Innerleithen and Dyfi.
