I have nearly always struggled to feel my upper chest on barbell/dumbbell press tbh....
Until I switched to this cable setup and it just clicks way better🙌🏼

Cables let you move how you move, not some fixed path
so you can actually find that angle that hits upper chest properly

45° bench, handles low, then just play with it til it feels right
constant tension + a bit of instability = way better connection for me

Cables > dumbbells for shoulder IR/ER warm-ups.

Why? Constant tension, smoother resistance curve, and a clean line of pull that actually matches how your rotator cuff works. Dumbbells go dead at the top and turn into a gravity fight instead of a shoulder prep.
