23RD MARCH 2020 - CORONA VIRUS/COVID-19 UPDATE
Dear Golf Leisure Breaks Client
Due to the current Corona Virus Crisis the Spanish Government has now declared an extension to the state of emergency up to and including 12th April 2020.
All golf green fee and golf holiday bookings, which were due to be taken during the lock-down period from 15th March up to and including 12th April 2020, have been automatically cancelled. Any bookings after this date currently still stand, unless you have already requested that they be moved to an alternative date or cancelled.
Should the lock-down continue after 12th April then all bookings will be automatically cancelled until the end of the next lock-down date.
As we are sure you can appreciate our dedicated Reservations Team, who are working under strict government working regulations, are currently dealing with a large volume of client enquiries requesting modifications and cancellations to bookings, If we do not respond to your enquiry in our usual timely manner then we ask for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.
We are working through all emails and phone calls in chronological order – you do not need to contact us about any bookings up to 12th April we will be contacting you to confirm your booking is cancelled.
IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE YOUR BOOKING: Please advise us as soon as possible if you would like to move your booking to alternative dates since we are currently experiencing an increase in demand for bookings in June, September and October.
