But when I stop and really think about it…
that’s 3,000 human beings who chose to be here.🙏

😊Or sometimes simply a reason to smile.

And that means so much to me.❤️

I don’t want to tell you who to be.
I want to be a mirror ! Reflecting back the strength, beauty and light that already exist within you.

Because you are not what happened to you.
You are not your wounds, your struggles or your past.

You are your uniqueness. Your choices. Your courage to step forward.

Every conflict. Every challenge. Every uncomfortable moment can become an invitation to meet yourself more deeply.

This is your curriculum.

This post and these 18 little pieces of wisdom cannot fully reflect how deeply Bali touched me and how good this time was for us.

I arrived without expectations.
No make-up. No jewelry. No fancy clothes.
Just me. Ready to experience.

Bali reminded me that gratitude is the ground. That the body sometimes knows before the mind does. That we can meet our wounds without making them our identity. That love needs space. That awareness creates freedom.

And that life is simply not that serious. 😉

As a coach, I have always believed that our wounds hold enormous potential for growth and expansion. Bali added another layer:

Meet the wound. Feel it. Learn from it.
But don’t build your home there.

Thank you beautiful Marietta Mouchet , for creating and holding a space for such deep transformation. Thank You YAMA | Bali Retreats, Hotel & Restaurant for your wonderful world.

And Matias Villarroel thank you for stepping into this journey with me. You exceeded every expectation I wasn’t supposed to have. 😂
I loved meeting you again outside our roles, routines and everyday life.

I love you.

I came home with less need for answers and more space for simply being.

OUT OF OFFICE. BACK TO MYSELF. 🦋

I’m taking some time out at one of my happiest places Bio-Hotel Stanglwirt

And every time I come here, I’m reminded of what I’m truly longing for:

Peace. Nature. Connection. Simplicity.
The smell of green grass.
The sound of cows in the distance.
The taste of fresh mountain water.
A sky as blue as my dreams.

Nothing to add.
Nothing to prove.
Nothing to become.

Just being.

I believe our Happy Places tell us a lot about who we are.
They reflect our deepest needs, our values, and that unique light inside each of us.

Mine tells me that beneath all the doing, creating, achieving and moving…

I’m looking for peace. Beauty. Earth. Realness.

A beautiful, normal life.
Finding the extraordinary in what is already there.

And maybe that’s happiness:
not constantly adding more
but finally being able to see, feel and enjoy what already is.

Of course, the moment I stopped, I got sick. 😅
And even that is a message.

Listen more carefully, Franca.
Take yourself seriously.
Protect your energy.
And finally accept that you might be more sensitive than you always thought you were.

So… I’m listening.

I’ll be back soon with new energy, new inspiration and more thoughts on how to live a happy life.

But for now…

I’m still away for a little while.
Doing less. Feeling more. Being here.

Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is… PAUSE!

The last few weeks have been intense. I fell into my old Superwoman syndrome:
“I can do everything. I have to do everything. And everything has to be perfect.”🙄

Until one day… there was simply nothing left. I felt tired. Sad. Uninspired. Disconnected from myself.

So I gave myself the one thing I truly needed:
Two days. Alone.

Back to one of my three happy places:
La Donaira Lusitanos — a hidden sanctuary in the Andalusian mountains behind Ronda.
(My other 2 happy places in this world are my beautiful Bio-Hotel Stanglwirt and stunning Quinta da Comporta

A place where time slows down.
Where silence becomes medicine.
Where the cosy beds reminded me of my grandmother.
Where every meal is a celebration of nature—organic, homegrown, and prepared with so much love.
Surrounded by herbs, horses, donkeys, endless beauty… and simply being.😊

No agenda.
No performance.
No proving.

Because the greatest abundance is found in the present moment.

The best investment you will ever make is in yourself. 🦋
Everything else grows from there.

❤️‍🩹Heilung bedeutet nicht, nie wieder zu fallen.

Sie bedeutet, den Weg zurück zu dir immer schneller zu finden.

Du wirst auch in Zukunft traurig sein.
Du wirst getriggert werden.
Du wirst Angst spüren.

Der Unterschied ist:
Du bleibst nicht mehr darin stecken.

Du verstehst dich besser.
Du begegnest dir mit Mitgefühl statt mit Kritik.
Und du entscheidest dich immer wieder für dich.

Das ist für mich wirkliche Heilung.

🇬🇧❤️‍🩹Healing doesn’t mean you’ll never struggle again.

It means you’ll find your way back to yourself more quickly.

You will still feel sadness.
You will still get triggered.
You will still experience fear.

The difference is:
You no longer stay lost in it.

You understand yourself more deeply.
You meet yourself with compassion instead of judgment.
And you keep choosing yourself, again and again.

To me, that’s what true healing looks like.
