Craig has dropped 18kg of body fat since January.
Craig’s an old school friend of mine – I’ve great memories of us jamming the keyhole of the biology lab with broken pens to waste class time and have a bit of craic. That friendship was actually a big part of why this process worked so well.
He’d worked with an online coach before, but struggled to form the kind of relationship where he could be fully honest when he was finding it tough. Coaching isn’t about handing out meal plans or workouts – you can google those. The magic happens when there’s trust, accountability, and real conversations.
Craig’s a dad of two amazing girls, husband to Lisa (who’s also smashing it right now), and has made big moves in his career. His physique was the last frontier. He was a talented footballer, but as life got busier the weight crept on, his energy dropped, brain fog set in, and stress piled up.
And let’s be clear – this wasn’t plain sailing. Work trips across America and Europe, weeks where the scales didn’t budge, times when life just threw everything at him. But Craig never folded. He worked incredibly hard, trusted the process, and when things got tough, he dug even deeper. That’s why the result is what it is.
Fast forward to now – his energy is through the roof, he’s sharper at work, and people around him have noticed the difference. We started with the simple goal of getting him confident for his family holiday this August. Week by week, 1–2lbs came off. Mission accomplished.
Now we’re into phase two – reverse dieting, building muscle over winter, and setting him up to look and feel even better next summer. At 37, Craig is lighter than in his prime footballing days and in the best shape of his life.
The only way is up.
