Apologies there's been few updates lately.
I have been so busy on the farm.

Lovely to see those who've been away returning and I'm hoping those who are away are enjoying their trips/travels, what a blast we are having in class not only fun and giggles but many fitness goals being smashed 💪

Apologies for the short notice that there will be no classes tonight.

I had a fall on Monday that I've not quite recovered from enough to bounce around without pain, so I'm taking it easy tonight.

Rest assured though tomorrow morning we will be there at Dixie's 08:50-09:50
