⁉️ How to keep motivation while staying at home? 2 tips work for me:
1. If motivation is low - do at least a lite warm up and few hangs. Short session is better then nothing and there are chances you will feel like continuing the training.
2. Reduce the amount of hangboarding sessions to the number you can keep doing permanently for the long period of time.

OkBoards are now 1 year old 🥳! In total 274 OkBoards have spread over Ukraine🇺🇦 and around the world 🌎! A year ago, the very first model - Crag - has been warmly welcomed by our climbing community (special thanks to
& for advice and testing). Now the product line includes various models - from one-hand to wall-mounted hangboards. In the beginning I used to prepare wood and cut hangboards manually. Now part of work is done by carpenters and CNC. But I still do the final processing so I know each hangboard. I'm glad that people like the quality of our products!
