Fun session today in with Youseff. We worked kick counters and also ground escapes. At the end of the video I put in a little twister from scarf escape just for the fun of it 😎

Ok my first 2 hour workshop where I will introduce you to the wonderful world of leg locks, Breaking down the do's and don'ts. I have always been taught that if you don't train leg locks you are missing out on 50% of the game!

March 2011 lifting a pro British title at welterweight, it was the weight I felt most comfortable at as it was close to my natural weight. 2011 started off as a great year for me winning 3 welterweight titles in a row all in the first round. One in Feb, one in March and my last one in May. After these fights I signed a contract with cage warriors. Not all my fights were as glorious as these 3 title fights I won but I loved every second of them and the lessons they taught me.
