to Sunday where Jay, took on !
He is on the road to , and went into this race with no taper, but still absolutely crushed it, including setting a new bike leg best, and coming just under 2 minutes off from his lifetime best 70.3 time.....
Jay was meticulous with his details during this training cycle, including weighing individual components on his bike to ensure an optimal performance. It was great to have the group debate about such a tiny but important detail! Jays attention to these details have rubbed us on all of us, and continues to enlighten us in the details.. What else can we expect from our resident PhD!
Jays finish line pose is also peeking at the right time and we hope to see many more!
Great job Jay!!
