We currently offer classes in Kickboxing, Boxing, Boot Camps, Cardio, Sparring, Self Defence and 1-2-1 Personal Sessions to help you achieve your personal goals. We have non-contact and contact classes for children and adults 5 days a week, mornings and evenings. All ages are welcome and all fitness levels (even if this is none, you don't need to be fit to come along)!! The gym is owned and run by
