Last week I trained a group of 14 amazing women 50+. We trained every day at diffrent locations. At my outdoor area and the beach. There really are no excuses. Injuries, age, place, the weather.. Nothing should stop you looking after your body 💪

We keep training all through the summer 😍
A mix between personal training and group sessions makes my job varied and I love it!
Of course we also have the camps for people all over the world coming to stay for a week. A busy summer but it's exciting after the year we've had 💪

Small group training every Tuesday morning, Wednesday evening and Thursday morning in Calahonda. 💪
Kids from 9+ are welcome on Wednesdays.

The training area is in Calahonda, Mijas. Open until 22:00 every day. 🌙
Keeping fit and exercising is so important, even during a pandemic. We offer small group classes 3 times per week and we now also offer open gym, where you can pay to train yourself and use our outdoor training area. For more information and prices, get in touch. Either here or on 662021072. 💪❤️
