Tommy D coming through with a VERY productive growth phase here!

We put him in a position last Christmas where he was going to be responsive enough to food and in a body composition where he was ready to grow - spent around 4-5 months pushing food high then bringing him back into a little tidy up
Tom definitely has the best of both worlds - He’ll tell you I’m too strict, I’ll tell you it’s what he needs🤣 He is literally the definition of an active social life - taking clients out for meals, trips with the family and meals with his mrs - week to week etc… As it should be - But that being said he’s also consistent when he needs to be, he runs multiple successful businesses and stays on top of his game - Your not too busy, is living proof - Pay yourself first and watch how much better life gets 📈
