You do not have to be flexible to feel comfortable in my class. Yoga is for all levels, you will not be twisted up like a pretzel, pinky promise ;)

Yoga reminds us to take a breath. How is easy is it to go on with our daily life and forget about our breathing? Connecting with your breath is everything! Personally, I’ve always been pretty calm(somewhat calm), easy-going and not one to jump the gun. As we know daily frustrations change this perspective fairly quickly at times. What about being stuck in traffic? Deadlines at work? Stress / Anxiety? Even hugely important decisions to make? I've been there. Thanks to Yoga, my daily answer is as little as breathing deeply for a few minutes to clear my head, get re- focused and find clarity.
