Meet Africa García Africa Garcia Ramos , Lead Educator of our Reformer Intensive Certification happening this September 14th.
With over 10 years of experience in Pilates and clinical physiotherapy, Africa brings a practice rooted in anatomy, movement, and intelligent training.
Her expertise spans Dynamic Reformer Pilates, injury prevention, functional therapeutic exercise, and pelvic floor health, alongside her background as a dancer.
Across 40 intensive hours, Africa will guide participants through the foundations of Reformer Pilates, classical and contemporary exercises, anatomy, class structure, and the principles behind great teaching.
The training is open to instructors looking to deepen their knowledge and grow their teaching skills, as well as those looking to develop a stronger foundation in Reformer Pilates.
Upon completion of the full training and final exam, participants will receive the Olimpia Reformer Intensive Certification.
