The World Motor Sport Council has approved the introduction of two new grassroots support categories to the FIA European Rallycross Championship.
From 2026, the series will see the introduction of RX4 and RX5 classes. The RX4 class will utilise existing Rally4 machinery, while the RX5 class will introduce Cross Car vehicles to the series for the first time.
Both categories are designed to broaden participation and support the development of the next generation of rallycross talent 📈
