Postpartum hit me like a wave. I thought Iâd just bounce back. Instead, I found myself at a complete standstillâexhausted, overwhelmed, and at a loss. Hereâs what changed.
I had spent years pushing myself to the max. Always thinking I had to do more, be more. Then postpartum cameâand suddenly, all my tricks stopped working.
My body wasnât responding anymore. There wasnât enough time in the day to recover, and I was just⊠exhausted.
But amidst the chaos, I realized something incredible: My body had just done the most amazing thing. It grew and birthed a human. I was in awe of what I was capable of, but also frustratedâwhy did no one tell me how much support Iâd need after birth?
This frustration turned into curiosity. I wanted to know everything about the female body, about how it really works, and what it really needs. I learned to stop fighting against it, and instead, to sync with it. How I practiced my yoga, honoring each phase of my cycleâit all became my guide.
Now, I understand when to create, when to push, and when to rest. Itâs not just about surviving anymore. Itâs about thriving.
