DESCRIPTION
This stage offers playful dual and singletracks crossing through farms, continuing to Tiagua, Teguise, El Mojon with several technical points. It will be necessary to save strength for the day’s most challenging climb, La Presa de Mala, almost 8 kilometres of hard pedalling that will leave the riders at the highest part of the mountain range. The fastest male and female riders of this segment will be proclaimed King and Queen of the Mountain. A link section will connect with the last and spectacular descent to finish with fast and a few demanding tracks on the way to the stage´s finish line.

DESCRIPTION
This stage is the most “alpine” of the event, taking participants through the highest area of the island. Stunning mountain and ocean views await those who can lift their eyes from their handlebars. The route drags steadily uphill, driving heart rates ever upwards with several technical spots. Riders will have to continue to reach the “Ermita de Las Nieves”, one of the highest areas of the island, with the pressure of the time trial to the finish line.

DESCRIPTION
Stage 2 heads to the West, taking the riders on a gradual ascent from La Santa to Mancha Blanca and Tinguatón with a couple of steep climbs. From this lava area the route rolls onwards towards La Vegueta, Tinajo El Cuchillo with fast and flowing trails, low tunnels, singletrack sections and a few sharp segments to keep the flow, cruising downhill to the Finish Line at Club La Santa, enjoying an amazing sea view.

Juniors can join Stage 2 and Cadets compete in half the course.

DESCRIPTION
The first day starts with a flat track in La Santa area, providing a quick warm-up before a 12K gradual and fast ascent in the stretch from El Cuchillo to Tinguatón, an area with volcanic rocks in the sand, volcanos sitting dormant and a wind that never ceases. From Mancha Blanca the descent leads the participants to Tinajo, through a rural area of vineyards and back to La Santa, experiencing a spectacular sea view along the ride.

Cadets and Juniors can compete in Stage 1.
