Our copy of arrived today, and we noticed the piece about the famous team, which featured legends such as 1965 winner Felice Gimondi. I popped a note to one of our new yoga teachers working here this year, a certain Monica Salvarani, who responded "oh yeah that's my family, I've got tons of old pictures you'd love"! How appropriate, that as our yoga+cycling stays here are becoming more and more popular, we get a yogi with big league cycling pedigree working here! Follow for her classes and announcements re the events she is holding at La Bruguera, our retreat centre, and follow as we're moving all our Insta content over there soon and will leave this account dormant.

Two things we feel strongly about at La Bruguera. , and (which have considerable overlap at times). Look closer for the bike if you can't spot it at first. It's in stealth camo mode. Soon, we will be bringing all our cycling content over to the Insta account, and leaving the Halo Cycling Project brand behind. As La Bruguera has boomed, it's become our prime focus. We will leave the coaching, training camps and cycling holiday planning to some key friends and partners (follow to keep posted). There you will find all our cycling-related content as well as all of the activities which take place at LaB: creative, active and well-being related fun, on the Costa Brava.

Had a lively time scouting out MTB/Gravel routes in Les Gavarres natural reserve today, stitching together various viewpoints. All accessible via well packed gravel roads straight out the gates of La Bruguera de Púbol, our awesome nearby. Nice weather for it too. Sunny and 12 degrees, jersey, shorts and gilet!
