Instead of using breathing equipment such as scuba gear, freediving is a sport that relies on the ability to dive deep in the ocean on only one lung full of air. Freediving is a challenge that can be taken by everyone! It’s a very personal sport that requires you to push your own boundraries mentally and physically. You can learn proper freediving breathing techniques, familiarize yourself with di

aphragm breathing and master the art of relaxation! Freediving courses are used in various aquatic activities such as surfing, synchronised swimming, spearfishing, snorkeling, yoga and meditation.Whatever the reason, it is actually surprisingly easy to increase the amount of time you can go without breathing. All you need are the right freediving techniques, adequate safety precautions and the confidence and knowledge of your own body. It promotes an active and healthly lifestyle while enjoying the amazing sensations and serenity of the underwater world.

What benefits has apnea for surfers?
The training will help to gain confidence in any surf conditions. This training provides breathing techniques which will improve performance and will progress surfing to a new level.
