Another demanding day in the mountains 🇸🇮🇫🇷⛰️

At the , the riders tackled the toughest mountain stage of the race, including the ascent of Prelaz Vršič (12.7 km at 7.7%). Fran Muñoz and Alessandro Tonelli were our best finishers, both ending the day close to the top 20 🏁

At the , Andrea Mifsud showed great resilience on another selective stage, holding his place in the chasing groups to finish 14th on the GC 📈

At the , another strong collective performance saw Dario Giuliano active on the final climb before Javi Serrano sprinted to 5th place 🏁

At the , a selective climb before the finish reduced the peloton, with four Team Polti VisitMalta riders making the front group. Thomas Pesenti was our best finisher, ending the day just outside the top 10 💪

Giovanni Lonardi suffered a puncture inside the final kilometre and was unable to contest the sprint

🏁 Davide Bais and Fran Muñoz were our best finishers, both coming home inside the top 20

Davide Bais also crossed the line in the reduced front group after a much tougher stage than expected, one that prevented the sprinters from fighting for the win 💥
