Monday afternoon Keiko. Still having to play it safe. I find the looser ground better for my knee than grass which tends to be more difficult as my foot doesn't spin so easily.
That said it's still a bit tricky at the moment and I think it shows🤔🧐

Under doctors orders I'm taking a few days, maybe a week, away from Keiko to totally rest the injured knee and give it chance to heal. But I'll be back as soon as possible. In the meantime I have plenty of Physio type exercises to keep me busy 🙏
