Stubborn, multilingual and hiperactive 🤭
Irina Gracheva best boat captain ever, she takes care of the boat as she would of her own kid 🌞 she is in charge of everything related to the technical part of the project. From ropes to electronics, nothing can stop her. But she is also an incredible sailor that sailed twice the Mini Transat Legallais in 2019 and 2021.
Marine is my second brain. 🧠 She releases my stress by taking the responsibility of plenty of management and logistics matters. She has worked for very big sailors in the past and that gives her a extensive overview of what’s needed to have a successful project 🙌🏽 The only mother in this team, she usually feeds us when desperation hits and looks after us when we are sailing. ⛵️
📣Tom from GRANIT RACING ,is a marketing, communications and partnerships professional. He has spend numerous hours explaining to me how I should sell my project and where the true value of it lays.
He competed in the Mini Transat Legallais 2023 where we fought against each other ! He is the best person to call whenever the funding part of the project is starting to depress me 🫶
