Hey everyone, Lorraine and Sean here!

As some of you may know, we have both been teaching throughout Scotland and Spain for many years. We missed teaching and the wonderful connection we had with so many members, that we decided to bring it online.

We teach 20 classes a month for £20 , you can do them live, recorded, or both!

Monday 0800-0850 Pilates with Lorraine
Tuesday 1800-1850 Yoga/Pilates flow with Sean
Thursday 1820-1910 Pilates with Lorraine
Friday 0800-0850 Yoga/Pilates with Sean
Sunday 1000-1050 Pilates with Lorraine
