Estamos muy contentos de presentar nuestro nuevo Striking Program, con clases de Boxing y clases de Kickboxing / Muay Thai en un ambiente divertido, seguro y motivador.

Tanto si nunca has lanzado un golpe en tu vida como si quieres mejorar tus habilidades, estas clases están diseñadas para ser accesibles para principiantes. Sin ego, sin presión, solo progreso a tu ritmo con el apoyo de una comunidad positiva y grandes coaches.

Nuestras sesiones se centran en aprender bases sólidas, mejorar la forma física, ganar confianza y disfrutar del proceso. Te guiaremos paso a paso para que siempre te sientas cómodo y nunca abrumado.

Whether you’ve never thrown a punch in your life or you’re looking to improve your skills, these classes are designed to be beginner friendly and accessible to everyone. No ego, no pressure, just progress at your own pace with the support of a positive community and great coaches.

Our sessions focus on learning solid fundamentals, improving fitness, building confidence and enjoying the process. You’ll be guided step by step, so you always feel comfortable and never overwhelmed.

We’ve created a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home. Many of our members are complete beginners, including women who want to train, get stronger and feel more confident in a supportive and respectful space.
