These 2 Thursdays (14 & 21 ) will be focusing in our micro world of sensitivity so as to fuse with the immense perception of the macro.

Why OPEN PILATES?
As someone with dance background I always felt the need to go deeper and longer in the stretches while doing Pilates. The benefits of a traditional class of Pilates are outstanding (will get back later on those) however, sometimes 1 hour is not just enough for everything and I felt the need to add some extra moves after those classes.
After becoming a mum, the desire for a juicy stretch was increasing and to keep a mobilized spine was most needed. Not to mention the rehabilitation of the core and pelvic floor muscles...
So, I thought I'll design a class with the whole purpose to FEEL GOOD* and HOLD GOOD the inner bricks that keep us MOVING HEALTHY.

We are excited to kick start the Tango beginners Course this Saturday! 😍

You will have 30 minutes of free practice time after the lesson and my guide in case you need it.

If you already dance you can come to the intermediate group. We use to do thematic classes and lot of technique to polish your dance and make it shine ;-)

You can come alone or with a partner and you can start at any time.
We still have places available in both groups
