There is a shift happening. A shift towards being connected with ourselves and at the same time being connected with others who are like us and share our values.

Rather than only connected to those we work with and happen to share an office space.

Morning classes at the yoga studio I go to - both classes full, mat-to-mat on a Monday. Studios used to be empty or only frequented by the ones that don't work during the day.

With flexible working, came a flexible schedule. And with that a move towards connecting with our tribe. There is so much need for community. For togetherness. Even if we don't exchange words, we are sharing the same practice.

I would not change it for the world. What is your community? Let me know....

At my yoga class for mental health week, they stressed the power of Community. Even though yoga is an internal practice, when we're practicing in the same room, we're sharing the same energy.

Your energy is having an effect on another person's energy.

Your presence is valid.

So many times that we think we're not making a mark in this world. But perhaps without you realising, you are.

And that is why I went back to organising retreats. The community we create not only during the retreat, but the friendships made after for many years is invaluable.

In this world where we are working from home, AI making us more asking a computer rather than a person, creating a community has become even more important.

Here's to finding your tribe, your community. And if you can't find one, create one - people are craving it more than you think!

It's not easy to go against what the people around you believe it's the right path for you.

You want the people closest to you to understand you, but they don't.

You feel lonely. You start thinking, something is wrong with me?

Being radical is not for everyone. It's only for the minority of us.

You are bound to feel lonely.If you are reading this and it caught your eye, than being radical is for you.

You feel it deep inside.Being radical is getting back to you. The deep YOU. The Authentic you.

Have the confidence to stand up to what feels right to you and follow it. Follow your heart. Follow your intuition, even when no one around you approves.

But you need confidence. Confidence is 100% key to help you follow your Radical path.

Without having the confidence to follow your deep inner voice, you will move further and further away from you.

Take it from someone that has ignored that voice and listened to everyone else instead.Being radical is a gift. Use it.

Happy International Women's Day to all the women in here.

Don't forget that you are more powerful than you think. Your inner power is stronger than any voice in your head.

The voice telling you you're not good enough is just that, a voice. Don't make the mistake in thinking that's it's you, it's not!

Today, take some time out. TIME OUT. To be. To just be. A few moments to feel your breath. Feel the temperature of your breath. This is the key to feel your inner power. Start small...5 minutes is all it takes in the beginning.

Remember: Phone off. No distractions, only for a few moments.

A sneak peak into my first retreat since the pandemic. For those who don't know, before the pandemic I hosted retreats. I am now (finally!) back leading a retreat - Reconnect and Revive in Ibiza, my home for 8 years.

Why Reconnect and Revive? With our phone always close to us, having become our second brain, soon to become our first and take over, there is no better time to disconnect from the digital world so you can reconnect once again with yourself.

I will talk more about the need to Digital Detox in my posts in the following weeks. For today, here is a weekend treat for you, photos of the Retreat Villa and photos from my past retreats. My guests returned year on year and they are returning once again this year, such is the connection we build together.
