⚽ Becoming a better footballer goes beyond what happens on the pitch.

The players who keep developing understand that their daily habits play an important role in their progress.

🔹 DISCIPLINE
Being consistent with training, preparation and your responsibilities. Progress comes from doing the work, even when nobody is watching.

🔹 LEARNING
Every training session is an opportunity to improve. Listen to your coaches, learn from your teammates and don’t be afraid to learn from your mistakes.

🔹 TEAMWORK
Football is a team sport. Communicate, support the players around you and understand that making your teammates better makes the whole team better.

🔹 HYDRATION
Taking care of your body is part of being an athlete. Staying properly hydrated throughout the day helps you stay ready to train, compete and recover.

🔹 REST
Recovery is just as important as training. Good sleep and enough time to recover allow your body and mind to be ready for the next challenge.

Small habits, repeated every day, can make a big difference over time.

Which habit are you working on? 👇

🇨🇦 From August 10th to 14th, together with Euro Football Exchange , we had the opportunity to bring the Huesca Way to Brampton, Toronto, working with 75 young footballers.

⚽️ Each day focused on a different football concept that we consider essential for developing complete players: pressing after losing possession, the third-man concept, playing through pressure and decision-making in the final third.

The sessions were led by our coach Juan Monge, alongside other high-level coaches who helped the players experience and understand our methodology on the pitch.

🏆 Three players were selected to receive a scholarship for a tryout at the SD Huesca Academy in Huesca. Eleven additional players were also recognised for their effort and performance throughout the week, receiving gifts from Euro Football Exchange.

🤝 A huge thank you to Euro Football Exchange for making this connection possible and helping us bring the Huesca Way to Canada.

To all the players who took part: keep working, keep learning and keep chasing your dreams. Your journey has only just begun. 🌍⚽️
