Three women, three charities, 3000 miles of ocean. World Record attempt to become the youngest female trio to row the Atlantic.

Meg, Liv and Jenna will be taking on the World's Toughest Row in December 2026.

Happy World Ocean Day 🌊

At times we’ve questioned whether this challenge is worth it but mornings like this remind us exactly why we’re doing it.

This December, we’ll set off to row across the Atlantic Ocean and attempt to become the youngest female trio ever to complete the crossing and set a new record.

The ocean has a way of putting everything into perspective. 💙

As well as facing backwards we are also steering with our feet… what could go wrong?

If we could make the Cheese burgers and Jaffa cakes fit in the boat, we would... 🍔

Whilst rowing the Atlantic, it is estimated we will burn around 5,000 calories a day. To maintain this for 2 months is a lot of food for the three of us to bring, so we have to make sacrifices, and our favourite steak dinners haven’t made the cut. We are still in the process of taste-testing our options, as previous teams have advised taking a variety of dehydrated meals to ensure some diversity.

At the start of May we completed our first over night training row. We are currently testing out the best shift pattern to have constant movement but with enough sleep.
