So after a massive f**k on I went into the gym to hit a max db last minute as I genuinely believed one from 2 years ago was allowed. That’s on me I’ve since learned there are more rules are the top I’ve never read. Anyhoo it’s nice to know untrained and out of practice I still can perform near my max video 2 shows the attempts I made at 90-88 to get this done each fail was pure technical and never a weight issue. So annoying but got it done with the lads and ladies behind me

91.1kg final entry but I now want to actually test my max after finally being able to get the right technique as I think I’m around 100kg doing this fatigued and as the second session of the day

Last night I had the opportunity to visit to sample their hospitality and man did it not disappoint the service the food and the drinks were top notch. Majorly overate as it’s hard to say no to amazing meat and the best salad bar I’ve ever seen.

If your in the northeast I highly recommend a visit tell them the Viking sent ya
