We are incredibly proud of Craig and all the work he put in this year.

Being a world class 50+ athlete with a big career is an all in approach to life. Craig is a great example for his team mates, peers and colleagues.

By committing to his road map, and making the most out of his limited time Craig was able to race world championships in his first season of attempt. 🤝

We’re looking forward to seeing Craig continue to grow in 2027!

Jürgen is 59. He is a husband, a father and the CEO of a company.

In March he weighed 93 kg. Seven months later he is 11.4 kg lighter, his body recovers better, and he produces more power per kilo than he did in spring.

Not every session went to plan. Some days work or tired legs got in the way. He still rode on every day we had planned, and week after week the work added up. That consistency in training and in eating is what changed everything.

This season he raced with the team, rode 251 km in a single day, and celebrated his wedding anniversary with Antje at our race camp in Varese, where she raced her first ever bike race.

It is never too late to grow.

As the off season approaches for a lot of riders, we’re looking back at the work the team has put in so far this year.

5,400,000 kJ burned, 252,000 km ridden, 9,500 hours of training and 2,170,000 metres climbed, from riders coached online all over the world who come together at our camps.

There’s still plenty of time to get more kilometres in before the year is out.

Onix shares his thoughts after winning the team challenge at the reset camp Girona.

We’re super proud of all the athletes this week who took on over 700km of challenging terrain and training.

In the end, all the athletes did a phenomenal job, learned a ton and grew as cyclists.

The crew took on 150km+ of incredible roads, with dynamic terrain that is perfect to practice, and refine all the skills they’ve been learning this week.

The landscapes are lush, and the nature is beautiful in Spain in May.
