Taiji Foundations in HK, an introduction session to the core of Taiji principles: relaxation, smoothness, awareness and internal refinement, through four essential training methods:
• Song Shen Wu Fa (太極鬆身五法) – 5 refined loosening exercises from Master Huang Xing Xian to release muscular tension, free the joints and develop inner awareness.
• Taiji Form – Experience the first section of the Zheng Man Qing (鄭曼青) Taiji Form and begin developing coordination, inner balance and internal power.
• Tui Shou (太極推手) – Introductory partner exercises to cultivate sensitivity, listening skill and awareness of intention, energy and force.
• Meditation – A guided practice focusing on internal transformation and refinement through the Dantian system.
