🏄‍♀️ À 57 ans, Élisabeth a décidé de se lancer un nouveau défi " apprendre le windsurf"

Venue en 2025 avec curiosité, motivation et bonne humeur, elle a prouvé qu'il n'est jamais trop t**d pour commencer quelque chose de nouveau. Session après session, elle a gagné en confiance et pris un immense plaisir à glisser sur l'eau.

Son parcours est un rappel inspirant que l'âge n'est qu'un chiffre. Ce qui compte vraiment, c'est l'envie d'apprendre, de progresser et de vivre de nouvelles expériences.
