Yesterday was running day!
Tine did a local 8 km. race and got herself a 5th place over all in the womens category 🏅

Its now 3 days since the madness took place 🌋
Sanne have not had any DOMS in her legs what so ever 😵
Now she is off training plan in two weeks time 🍫🍷

SHE IS AN IRONWOMAN! 🏅
Yesterday Sanne finished the hardest ironman course in the World Ironman Lanzarote 🌋
She did a great swim! Smashed the bike and finish the race number 7 in her agegroup 👊🏾
Now get some rest and eat a burger 😉 you deserve it.
Pleasure to be on the sideline today and see all your pain-smiles 😃 and great working with you as an athlete.

Sanne has landed on Lanzarote ☀️
The training prior to the on Saturday is simple; KEEP THAT BODY MOVING - AND GET FRESH! ⭐️

Yesterday the DJ competed triathlon in the Nederlands ➡️ 1 km. 🏊🏼 100 km. 🚴🏻 10. 🏃🏼

We have had focus on strong legs to keep this girl free of injuries. You can train specific run strengh in the gym, in the beach with a TRX or like Tine - run up a mountain 👌🏾

Faster You Coaching also had one man on the distance 💥 Isreal was using the race as a training race and felt strong all the way around 🏊🏼🚴🏻🏃🏼
Especialy the focus on open water swimming we have had up to the race paid of last Sunday!

Torre Del Mar see you on Sunday 🎉
The last preparations towards triathlon in Torre Del Mar are in full swing! Isreal will be racing the sprint distance and Sanne and DJ will be racing the half distance ⭐️

Wait for it - and WROOM 💥
The correct aero position on the bike can safe you a lot of time!
But you must adjust the position to be more and more aero and agressiv little by little 👌🏾🚴🏻💨
