Good morning, I am waiting for my insurance company to repair the rain damage on my property. They sent me a letter saying that the rain we had a few weeks ago was not bad enough, but previously, the local city broker told me to fix it and pass on receipts. I didn't. Then they told me to send quotes. That I did. Then I got a phone call from a company telling me they were coming to paint the damaged walls, nope!!! The damn roof needs to be fixed first. Nothing has been done, I am very disappointed with their service. My policy for Nepal expires next week or so. I think they are just dragging out the final argument until they try to keep another year's money. What makes it worse is that I was told by a former employee of said company that they are actually the worst to deal with. Anyone else having claim issues with them? MAP
