A dream has come true 😍.

Finally we are launching our new retreat, “Unplugged”. We named it “the offline retreat”. I know for most of you being without your phone for even a day is a challenge, but aren’t you tired of this new world when even having coffe with your friend your mobil phones are on the table?

How do we unwind, reset & connect when a part of our brain always is with the phone?

It takes about 72hrs for your brain to reset from overstimulation, stress & lost focus. Proven science.

This 4 day offline retreat is a chance for you to reset. You leave your phone at arrival & your journey of 4 days offline starts, unreachable & no social media. No distractions. Only life.

The program is simple. Practice of just being. Let your brain focus on one thing at the time. You choose your day!
