This is what freedom looks like for me.
Sitting on a terrace with my laptop, sun on my face, nowhere I have to be.

This was my BIGGEST goal 3 years ago.
It took me 14 months to get here.

Because I finally became the version of myself who allowed it.
That was the real work.

For years I thought freedom was something you built on the outside.

The right business model.
The right number on the bank statement.

I was in corporate rat race.
The hamster wheel.
I thought it had to be that way.
Keep working hard until you have the money to retire.

Then I figured out, this is not how it works.
So I defined the goal.
Wrote it down.

And here I am, in Spain 4:00 PM on a Thursday.
Started my (working) day at 1:30 PM
And this post is the last (working) thing Ill do today

Freedom isn’t a destination.
It’s an identity.

When you upgrade who you believe yourself to be, the external life starts to match.

That’s the work I do with leader’s and founders in the High Performance Mindset Upgrade™.

1️⃣ Urgent + Important�Firefighting. Deadlines. Noise.�Feels productive… isn’t.

2️⃣ Important + Not Urgent�Strategy. Growth. Relationships.�This is where real results are created.

3️⃣ Urgent + Not Important�Other people’s priorities.�Meetings you shouldn’t be in.

4️⃣ Not Urgent + Not Important�Time-wasters. Distractions.

Most leaders live in #1.

The best leaders?�They protect #2.

That’s the real difference.
