Air quality warning. It’s not often I recommend against enjoying outside exercise. But Team in Estepona consider today the air is full of unhealthy particles from the Estepona fire. Especially endurance athletes. Careful what you are breathing in. Take the day off from outside running and cycling

This Guy, former Marine Officer George Hood is back! This man has been an inspiration for the BiosELITE Team as far back as 2013 setting at the time a GWR of 3h7m15s in the Front Plank. So well done he inspired me to design a tribute WO to him with Front Plank emphasis. Borrowing a Arnold Quote "I'm Back" Congratulations G. Hood. 2019 with a 10 hour Front Plank at 60 years of age.
