👊 Kids BJJ is back at The Flow Academy! 🌀

We’re kicking off our Kids Program on September 15th after the summer break, and we can’t wait to see the little warriors back on the mats.

This season, we’re starting with beginner classes twice a week — the perfect way to build a solid foundation and all other classes enjoy top instruction from Flow Academy Black Belts. Top teaching, best vibe, and a safe space for kids to grow in both skill and confidence.
