I am personal trainer. I have University degree in physical education. Curses of ballance , exercise with music and Pilates in Poland. Level 2 fitness instructor en England and 6 years of PT experience in Brighton (England). Have experience with teaching heavy weight lifting, functional training, CrossFit and taekwondo. I had clients of all ages and with different body limitations. Trainings

I decided to post some of my workouts routines while I am social distancing myself. I hope some of it will be useful to you and if you have any questions or want some help with your routine just ask I will be happy to help.
So today it was 40 workout with around 20 min power training using just my body ( taekwondo kicks). More visual explanations tomorrow 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
