Every Saturday at Cap Roig feels like the season cracking open a little more. Crystal water, a clean line of swell, and that mix of nerves and excitement as everyone steps in. Some weeks it’s glassy, some weeks it’s spicy, but it’s always the same magic: a crew showing up, getting braver, getting smoother, and finding their rhythm in the open water. These mornings have become a ritual for us, almost like a reset button, a confidence builder, and a reminder of why we love this coastline so much.
And all of it leads perfectly into our One Life One Ocean Swim Camp, 17–23 June.
Our signature camp. Third year running. My all‑time favourite week of the year.
Seven days of technique, endurance, adventure swims, confidence sessions, and that unbeatable feeling of being part of something bigger — a community that grows stronger in the water, stroke by stroke. Athletes come for the training, but they stay for the energy, the coastline, the breakthroughs, and the friendships that form somewhere between the buoys and the horizon.
If Saturday mornings are the spark, the June camp is the full flame.
