A quick session is better than no session at all.
Get in, get wet, swim, think, relax.
Get some Vitamin D, some salty water, and appreciate what you have.
Swim Camp 17-23 June 2026. Swims are in and around L’Ampolla (Tarragona).

Be part of this inclusive 7-day camp and see if you can complete up to 30km of swimming in 7 days. Last year’s max was by and she did a whopping 22km. We will miss her this year but will see her again next year!

Cycling in Spain? Skip the Crowds - Discover the Terres de l’Ebre
A Road Cycling Tour for the Cycling Enthusiast
15 – 18 October 2026

Only four spots left for this tour... we don't like to do huge numbers; we prefer to provide detailed service.

The Terres de l’Ebre - in English, the "Ebre Lands" are still a quiet secret. This region covers the counties of Baix Ebre, Montsià, Terra Alta, and Ribera d’Ebre, and combines everything cyclists dream of:

- sweeping mountain ranges with winelands
- peaceful river valleys
- a dramatic coastline
- world class fresh produce
- and almost no traffic

It is a landscape built for cycling.. The Terres de l’Ebre are shaped by sandy plains, marshes, deltas, and the alluvial soils of the Ebro River basin. The river widens into the spectacular Ebro Delta, one of the most important wetlands in the western Mediterranean, carpeted with rice fields and criss-crossed by quiet farm roads.

Come out and enjoy 4 days of out and back riding, covering over 5000m of elevation (more if you wish!), and include a challenging ride up to Mont Caro on your last day.

Join the Movement! (for the third year running...)

Our One Life One Ocean is your invitation to swim with intention, train with respect, and protect the waters that give us so much. Step into an experience that transforms your technique, your mindset, and your relationship with the sea.

Athletes can also use this camp as a “peak week” for the UltraEbre Swim Marathon involving a total of 30 km of swimming in 7 days or another event you may have on during July 2026. Or simply, sign up to the challenge of a mega training week!

Dates: 17th June to 23rd June 2026- with kayak support and a friendly, family atmosphere.

Swims are on the coast in and around L’Ampolla, Tarragona.

Those who swim... why do you swim?

Today we went to a new beach. I've kayaked and swum past it before, but never swum from it.

After all, isn't life about trying new things? Daring to go beyond. Stepping away from your normal day to day llife, and challenging yourself to do and be something different. Dare to be adventurous, and be that person who had guts in their youth, but somehowlost sight of them. Jumping on a plane and saying to hell with it, this is what I want.

Today's swim, was for you. 💙 with my gorgeous swimble and freediving friend of almost 20 years

Proud of you. You know who you are.

Every Saturday at Cap Roig feels like the season cracking open a little more. Crystal water, a clean line of swell, and that mix of nerves and excitement as everyone steps in. Some weeks it’s glassy, some weeks it’s spicy, but it’s always the same magic: a crew showing up, getting braver, getting smoother, and finding their rhythm in the open water. These mornings have become a ritual for us, almost like a reset button, a confidence builder, and a reminder of why we love this coastline so much.

And all of it leads perfectly into our One Life One Ocean Swim Camp, 17–23 June.
Our signature camp. Third year running. My all‑time favourite week of the year.

Seven days of technique, endurance, adventure swims, confidence sessions, and that unbeatable feeling of being part of something bigger — a community that grows stronger in the water, stroke by stroke. Athletes come for the training, but they stay for the energy, the coastline, the breakthroughs, and the friendships that form somewhere between the buoys and the horizon.

If Saturday mornings are the spark, the June camp is the full flame.

A whole story unfolds across these frames taken from Xerta to Benifallet.

A winding road, shifting light, the rhythm of pedalling, and that quiet satisfaction of being exactly where you’re meant to be. Each shot captures a different heartbeat of the ride: the open stretches, the climbs that ask for patience, the descents that reward it, and the landscapes that remind you why you keep showing up.

It’s not just a sequence of photos; it’s a moving diary of momentum, presence, and the simple joy of being out there.

Visit us. Bring your bike or rent one locally.

Most cyclists heading to Spain are funnelled toward Girona or Mallorca.

But if you’re looking for bigger landscapes, quieter roads, and more varied terrain, the Terres de l’Ebre should be on your radar.

Located in southern Catalonia, the region includes Baix Ebre, Montsià, Terra Alta, and Ribera d’Ebre, and is recognised as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. It’s just 1h45 from Barcelona Airport, yet offers terrain that feels untouched.

This is a region where you can ride coastal flats, delta plains, river valleys, and full mountain climbs, all in the same week.

The "Terres de l'Ebre" offer a rare combination of:

Flat delta roads (0–1% gradient)

Rolling river valleys (2–4%)

Medium mountain climbs (5–12%)

High‑mountain ascents up to 1,447 m

Gravel networks and forest tracks

A 180 km traffic‑free greenway (cycle path)

The landscape is shaped by the Ebro River basin, with alluvial plains, marshes, and the iconic Delta de l’Ebre, one of the most important wetlands in the western Mediterranean.

Come and do a supported tour, 15 - 18 October 2026. Details here!

I've no qualms in showing my faults. I am soon to be 57. I have wrinkles. I am battling to build more muscle, it's a process. I've had chronic bronchitis for what seems months... 3x since December. The doctor said today "no training until your lungs are clear"....

hey ho. Doesn't stop me from having fun though. I do a bit of movement every day even though my lungs are clogged up, whether it's demonstrating a class, a bit of gardening or general house work.

Today I thought I'd practice the ball balance exercise that we did today in class. They had the advantage of having someone to hold it...

Keep it real. You don't have to show your good side the whole time ;)
