Sliding Workshop with our fitness director Sergi Valldaura - Part 2
For players who don’t naturally slide and don’t play on clay on a daily basis, the earlier they start working on their movement, the better. It takes time to build the right technique and make sliding feel natural. When it doesn’t come naturally, we have to slow the process down, focusing on every small technical detail - from foot positioning and balance to the timing of the slide. Step by step, these details become instinctive and ultimately allow players to move more efficiently and confidently on clay.
