r those who wish to combine a cultural experience with an outdoorsy slant, you can embark on a nature hike along the old smugglers route which leads through the heart of the Sant Aniol Valley in the Alta Garrotxa National Park. Here we will discover the well preserved Sant Aniol Monastery and then on the way back visit the immaculately preserved medieval town of Besalu (not to be missed!)
