I'm thrilled to announce that, in line with government guidelines, Only Pilates classes are starting up again on 17th May! 👏

It looks like the class timetable should be more or less the same. I'm just in the process of confirming everything with the venues and will let you all know ASAP.

There are a few spaces left in my socially-distanced Only Pilates classes in Rainford and Crawford. 🧘🏽‍♀️

Classes start back in the week beginning 11th January:

⌚ Monday Rainford Village Hall 10-11 am
⌚ Monday United Reform Church Hall in Rainford 7-8 pm
⌚ Wednesday Crawford Village Hut* 10 am-11 am & 5:30-6:30 pm
⌚ Thursday Rainford Scout Hut 10:30 am-11:30 am

*Crawford classes cannot currently take place as the area is in Tier 3. Hopefully, this will change soon. 🤞 It's still worth registering interest for when these classes can start up again.

Classes are suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced.

I just wanted to let everyone know that it's BUSINESS AS USUAL at Only Pilates! 🧘‍♀️
Even with Tier 3 restrictions in place, we are still able to continue face to face classes as long as we take the following precautions:

😷 Face masks need to be worn when entering and leaving venues but can be removed for exercise.
😷 Everyone needs to use hand sanitizer on entry and when leaving the class.
😷 Exercise mats are spaced out to adhere to social distancing.

Places are limited in each class due to space so if you haven't been before, please don't just turn up without checking first. If you are interested in finding out more, please send a message to [email protected]

Each venue is risk assessed and follows regulations set out by the Rainford Parish Council Health and Safety Committee. We are also following the Tier 3 guidance sent out by the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMPSA).
