Hi there, for those that don’t already know me my name is Sian

I’m a fully qualified personal trainer, pregnancy and postnatal exercise specialist and recently retired dancer (wow that makes me sound old)

I have been running my personal training business on the island for many years now and am very excited to be teaming up with my dear friend Dany to bring you some great fun packed, energetic, outdoor group workouts very soon!

Hola, para los que no me conocen mi nombre es Sian

Soy entrenadora personal, especializada en éntrenos durante el embarazo y post parto y tambien soy bailarina retirada (vaya, eso suena muy de vieja)

Llevo varios años trabajando como entrenadora personal aqui en la Isla y ahora junto con mi amigo Dany tengo ganas de traeros unos éntrenos al aire libre llenos de diversion y energia!

Hey guys, Dany and Sian here, co-founders of The Fitness Circle Mallorca!

We want to take a moment to introduce you to TFC Mallorca,
Our aim is create a community where people of all levels, ages and backgrounds can come and train, laugh, and grow together in a structure that is tailored to be minimal, hassle free and help everybody grow their fitness while having fun and making new connections.

Having both grown up in the arts, with a fitness and sport background. We want to take our knowledge of the body, health and fitness that we’ve developed over the years and share our passion with all of you!

A bit of background on us both,

Dany has grown up as a competitive cheerleader and later progressed this into being a professional acrobat, while also closely working with a variety of sports to compliment his already vast skillset!

Sian has grown up as a gymnast and dancer, dedicated her whole life to both fields. She now runs her own mobile fitness business after studying Personal training and Fitness for over 10 years!
