No importa si tienes 18 o 78 años, ¡sal y activa! 💪🏽🌊
lleva 7 años marcando la pauta en la Costa Blanca, ayudando a todo tipo de personas a desconectar del estrés de la vida diaria, de las prisas, y la ciudad, y a conectar con el mar, la naturaleza y consigo mismos, ya sea a través del SUP, el yoga, el SUPyoga, el surf o el kayak.
A lo largo de los años, muchas personas y empresas han copiado nuestro estilo, ya sea la estructura del negocio, la vibra o simplemente volver a una forma más pura de yoga en lugar del yoga basado en pilates, que era el "yoga" que predominaba aquí cuando llegamos. Sinceramente, antes nos molestaba, pero luego nos dimos cuenta de que la imitación es la mayor forma de halago. Al final, es maravilloso ver a tanta gente en el agua, practicando yoga y manteniéndose activa y saludable. 🙏🏽🧘🏽♂️🏄🏽♂️

has been leading the way here in Costa Blanca for 7 years now, helping all types of people disconnect from the rush, the stress of daily life and the city and connect with the sea/nature and themselves whether it's thru SUP, yoga, SUPyoga, surf or kayak.
Over the years we've had so many people/businesses copy our style whether it was the structure of the business, the vibe or just getting back to a more pure form of yoga instead of a pilates based work-out yoga which was the "yoga" here when we arrived. Honestly, before it used to bother us and then we realized that imitation is the biggest form of flattery. At the end of the day it's such a beautiful thing that so many people are in the water, practicing yoga and getting active and healthy. 🙏🏽🧘🏽♂️🏄🏽♂️
