After the summer break, my Mat Pilates classes restart on 1st September at Casa de Cultura, Calpe. 🌿

🌿 Sometimes, we take Pilates outdoors!

Although my regular classes are now held in the studio, Spain has quite a few festivos and bank holidays when the studio is closed.

And that gives us a lovely opportunity to change things up — take our mats outside, enjoy the fresh air, and have a Pilates class together in the park. 🌳🧘‍♀️☀️

Same Pilates, different setting — sometimes a little change is exactly what we need. 💚
