How can a feather-light guitar can help you build muscle?
🤔 It's not about lifting more; it's about giving your muscles the right recovery time.
💪 As a PT and British bodybuilding champion, I've learned that hitting a muscle group once a week and allowing it to recover and grow is the key to success.
🧠 Now, let's talk about the nervous system. It has two modes: sympathetic (for stress and action) and parasympathetic (for rest and recovery).
🛌 Sometimes, relaxation can be a challenge, and that's where my guitar comes into play.
🎶 Strumming and singing help me unwind, reduce inflammation caused by stress, and improve my sleep quality. This means better muscle recovery and beast-mode training in the gym.
