While 85-90% of women develop cellulite at some point in their lives, it can have a huge impact on someones self-confidence, especially during pregnancy, and therefore shouldn’t be ignored.

I Belive We Can Change Our Gene's when it comes to weight loss and stay fit for the rest of your life‼️
‼️And I want to share my story and my research with those who are stuck believing that genes are the fault of being overweight‼️
My grand grandparents where fat!
My grandma 👵 was fat!
My Grandpa 👴 was fat!
My mom is fat!
My Sister is fat!
I was fat all my childhood and adolescence... until I changed my lifestyle
✅My last 10 years I've been fit,lean and full of energy cause I changed my "gene's " 🤪.
And as now I am pregnant with the I can prove that is possible to become fit again after the second child. ...stay close 15 months from now 🤪🤪🤪
✅We know from research that some genetic predisposition increases your risk to be overweight and obese, but it can be overcome by lifestyle... genetics loads the gun, environment pulls the trigger. .
✅Genetics does play a role, but the truth is who you are is still determined by how you live your life."

✅Your genes may have a significant influence on your weight if you’ve been overweight for most of your life and haven’t been successful with weight management with consistent diet and exercise.
✅If you have a blood relative or parent that is also overweight, there’s a good chance that your weight is a genetic problem — and this likelihood multiplies if both of your parents are overweight. .
✅On the other side of the coin, it is known that lifestyle choices are a big factor in the average person's obesity. .
✅Lifestyle weight gain can be due to inactivity, poor diet, and other habits. This is why diet fads are a bit risky in managing your weight. .
✅People who are heavily influenced by food and who lose weight easily after changing their habits through diet and exercise are probably gaining weight due to their change of lifestyle factors.

Everything is nicer when you are with your family... 🥰
Looking at this pictures looks like we are having just rosy days but it's always like that 😜.
We had big arguments in the morning and almost giving up at the this trip... we all do mistakes and we all have bad mornings 🥶.
I think we all can relate with that and we all have ups and downs in a relationship...
What is most important that we manage to say sorry and being able to forgive is a very good way to feel better .
At the end we finish with big hugs and with an amazing day. 🤩
Thanks to my husband he is always the first saying sorry, grateful to have you ☺️❤️☺️❤️☺️.

WARMUP AND COOL DOWN IN PREGNANCY 🤰🏼‼️
As with any workout routine, a proper warmup and a cool down are essential.
The warmup serves to get the blood flowing, to slowly raise your heart rate and to prime the body for exercise.
You should always warm up with dynamic stretching and/or by walking around for a few minutes before beginning any workout.

Once the section of the workout is over, you should always cool down by walking around.
The cool down helps to gradually bring your heart rate back to its normal level while giving you the opportunity to elongate those muscles that were worked and strengthened.
During the cool down, you can use dynamic stretches, static stretches and/or walk around for a few minutes to bring your body back to a more relaxed state.
Warm up and Cool Down is a must for everyone but even more if you are pregnant 🤰🏼.

Currently I'm 23 weeks pregnant 🤰🏼
As soon as I pass in the second trimester I felt great and full of energy.
I continue with my trainings but using lighter weights in some workouts, mostly choosing my weights is depending on how I feel.
Even my energy is back are days when I am more active and I take 20 minutes nap during the day to recharge my batteries 🔋.
Baby is moving a lot, something that I haven't experienced with my first child. 🙈
I've gained some weight but I am at the maximum weight gain limit for week 23, still in the chart 🥶.
I've gained 7 kg and I am 5 and a half months pregnant.
My due date is 13.07.2023 but as baby is growing fast I think will be here one week earlier ☺️🥰.
My daughter Iris is extremely happy that she's gone be a big sister 👧🏼.
Although for some years I didn't want the second child after a while I've changed my mind and now I feel that in four we are complete. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

How I start My Body Transformation?
I will be honest, it didn't happened overnight, it was a small step process over time.
First I had the miss conception that I should workout every day and eat salad and chicken breast.
This approach helped me lose weight but wasn't sustainable, I gain weight back and even more strength away.
Probably it happened to you as well...
When I learned to cook differently and replace unhealthy food with healthier ones, and when I understand that if you move your body 15 minutes at least 3 times a week but over a long period of time, only then I see change in my energy, body, mood and weight.
And I've never gain the weight back again!
The solution is here you just have stay consistent.
