You may start a yoga practice for a number of various reasons: to gain flexibility, to relax, to strengthen, to improve balance, to reduce the stress, to achieve an elegant pose you saw on Instagram. However, the reasons we start yoga, aren't usually the same reasons that we continue 🙏🏻

The practice changes us and we slowly learn to trust that the process is transforming us for the better.

My first experience as an yoga teacher was in Himalayas, India. It transformed me for a better person. Now I can see it even more clear than before 🤍 From there I was teaching many people in Poland, France and Spain. And participated in many workshops, also making my qualifications as an certified Pilates teacher. As I accomplished my 500h Yoga Teacher Training in Brazil at the beginning of 2020 I have become very clear on why I practice and why I teach. Simply put, I don't come to yoga for my workout. I come to yoga for my Work In. Yoga is my time to take inventory of the mental, physical and emotional stuff that accumulates and dampens the spirit. So rarely in our lives do we hit the pause button and sit with ourselves with undivided attention.

This is why I teach yoga. To create and hold a space for people to just be, in presence, in awareness. Yes, to move, but to move in dialogue with themselves. In yoga the body and mind are in conversation. This isn't to say that we don't exert effort in my classes. We do. But it isn't why we are there. We are there to create the right conditions for the body-mind dialogue to flow. When the body and mind are balanced, we feel whole. We feel grounded. We reduce anxiety. We feel strong. We achieve what we came for but we receive a whole lot more 🙏🏻

Some scientists suggest that we have between 70,000–90,000 thoughts every day, with only 1,000 of these representing new or original thoughts.

This raises the question: what are those repeated thoughts that cycle through our minds each day, and do they help to form positive or negative habits? 👀

This is my answer for giving someone reasons to work in self development and consciousness 🙏🏻

That was another beautiful day and a beautiful effort! We had all seasons on our way up and down.. Extraordinary nature, life and other human being. The people will come and go through your life, be grateful for all of them 🙏🏻 And leave the fears behind you.

You owe yourself to be the biggest LOVE of your life 🌸
I realized that whenever I felt less happy of how I look, how my life looks, about my relationship, work, about myself in general, there is always one thing in common. Those moments when everyone looks better, happier, with more energy.. in general their grass is more green 🌱
Maybe you already know, that it has nothing to do with what you actually are outside, it’s all about inside. What I realized is that those thoughts are coming only when I put myself on the side for any, more or less important, reason. We are great with finding excuses why other things are more valuable and required more attention, than those which we’re doing for ourselves. Unfortunately the big part of society still work towards this model.
So.. today quick reminder: it will not get better until you will finally give yourself necessary love and attention. Your body will be happy when you’ll love it. Your mind will be happy when you’ll love it. People around you will be happy when you’ll LOVE YOURSELF 🙏🏻

Let’s talk about healthy and powerful start in a new day. I know that how you prepare yourself in the morning will come back to you through the day.

My morning routine is:
— tongue scrubbing
— cold water face wash with eyes pressing and eyes exercises
— dry body brushing (4times per week)
— oil pulling
— soda bicarbonate mixed with lemon drops and warm water
— 15 min stretch and breathing exercises (when I feel heavy I’m doing about 10 minutes of pilates on the top of that)
— finishing shower with cold water (I’m doing that to finish every shower)
— moment in front of the mirror to appreciate all what makes me woman, to smile to the person I am and give her love ❤️
— balanced, nice looking breakfast with cacao or decaf coffee with spices

When we experience conditional love (and most of us probably did) we might form the belief that love hurts, that it’s a chase, that can’t bring happiness.

No one can tell you what is right for you and what isn’t. No one can tell you when the relationship is meant to end, or when you should play the game.
🌸
But one thing is for certain - you are not required to give yourself away or pour yourself out in order to receive love.
